most women's religious orders have found an entirely new way of living their vocations since Vatican II. "So, let's be what we are," she writes: "Religious who are not cloistered and ministers who are not ordained."
I'm glad the Vatican is looking at the communities as a priority. Late, but looking. I can't imagine some of these communities lasting more than another 30 or so years(dying out). I think a scientific and honest census of new vocations and stability would be very interesting at this time.
