Regardless of the significance, this is a VERY welcome site in this diocese(rare in any diocese really). Biretta too. That's it. I'm speechless.

Too bad he doesn't have a doctorate from a pontifical University - then the bishop could wear a four cornered biretta with a different colored trim depending on the degree.
