Etsy for moi!

I am in the process of creating an Etsy shop. We currently sell in upscale markets only with our business and I'm enamoured by the DIY side of life found on Etsy. When we officially open, I will link through the blog. I think there is a market for more Catholic handmade gifts and it would be a great venue to see what the interest will be. I found a few Catholic sellers on there, not many. Could I sell my mantillas? Just trying to get some ideas. I think handmade note cards featuring old holy cards and little tied on medals would be very cool. Hmmm....it boggles my mind to think how the Internet has made it possible to sell anything from the comfort of your home.

Could you explain what Etsy is and what you propose to sell, and where on-line. I don't think you can sell stuff actually using your blog (don't wan't you to get in trouble). I clicked on the label at the bottom of the post but nothing else came up under Etsy.

Oh, hold on...nope, nothing under the other labels either.

thanks.

WOW! Just had a look and saved to favourites to have a real good look later on. We like buying hand-made things as they seem more human than mass-produced stuff if you know what I mean? Do you think people take care of things better if they know a real human has actually made them by hand?
