Here we go again

My D&C pain and aftermath have returned. I have no idea why. I had a full week with no bleeding or cramps and now it is all back. It seems silly to chart temp or mucus at this point, as much as I want to move on and have my usual life back. I don't know many people who have miscarried let alone twins and 3 back-to-back, etc. I have no idea what to make of any of it. I just need to get my business back up and operational to help the family and I still feel wiped out and well, now this. I want to stay positive. After yesterday with the school crud and other odd life issues, I actually felt like God was going to lead us and carry us into a new phase of our life as a family. This just makes me feel stuck.
I am so thankful we have a Florida trip to look forward to. Right now, it looks like I am pain med and couch bound for today. Weh. I know, offer it up...
