Fertility and carbs

Fat, Carbs and the Science of Conception
I stumbled on this article and found it fascinating! It is a legit study of how slower/faster digested carbs affect the ability to conceive and stay pregnant.
It reminded me that my diet is bad again and needs to change. Lord, help me with this.

Veeeeeery interesting. I found the whole milk thing intriguing. I've been becoming increasingly suspicious of skim milk and the whole low-fat, lipid theory craze. Thanks for sharing the article!

I don't know what the right foods are anymore so I just eat whatever. I can't stomach whole milk. I like the idea of lower fat and lower carbs because heck, it worked for me and I lost a buttload (literally!) of weight when I ate that way. I can't right now because of training for the marathon but I almost wish I could take a quick break and go low carb again to lose a few of these pounds that are slowing me down! Good luck and Godspeed! P.S. I'll post some pics of the new "do" this weekend. I don't know if it's the "something happy" that'll help ya but I'll try!

You know - I've been seeing more articles lately that have recognized that dietary fats don't equal body fat. Of course, that's good dietary fats from healthy animals. Eating more good fats can actually decrease your appetite and make you feel fuller longer. I've found that this website has a lot of great information on traditional nutritional principles. http://westonaprice.org/
