BODIES. Speak up Cincinnati!

**Above photo is a corpse-processing factory in Dalian city, Liaoning Province China where corpses were turned into specimens**

Starting February 1, the Cincinnati Museum Center will feature BODIES...The Exhibition . A gruesome display of Chinese dead bodies aimed to "teach, enlighten and inform". Even in more liberal cities such as Seattle and Amsterdam, they are protesting this carnage loudly and openly. A website with a petition has been established here:

Stop Body Worlds

Sadly, the location chosen in Cincinnati is frequented by thousands of children on any given weekend. The man in charge of this exhibit paid a Chinese university 25 million for "rent" the bodies for 5 years.
Here is another site to add to the outrage:

No Bodies 4 Profit

As a side note, on both sides of the river, the Bishop of Covington and the Archbishop of Cincinnati should be speaking out against this(via our newspapers, Sacred Heart Radio, etc) so parents DO NOT take their children to this sideshow carnage. Even a local news station did a feature story on this exhibit.

Where do the bodies really come from?

The U.S. corporation Premier Exhibitions, Inc. is the organizer of this human body exhibition. When Epoch Times journalists asked the company about the source of the corpses, the answer was, "They come from Dalian Medical University in China." But the company could not provide detailed information about the source. Experts on the Falun Gong issue believe it is highly possible that the human bodies in the exhibition, or at least some of those bodies, are the corpses of Falun Gong practitioners in China who have been tortured to death.

News of the Sujiatun Death Camp , where human organs have been harvested from several thousand living Falun Gong practitioners for profit, has recently caught the attention of the world's media, further spotlighting the Chinese communist regime's practice of trading in human organs and human corpses.

To Premier Exhibition's Bodies and Von Hagens Body Worlds, take your demonic side show out of our city. Oh, and shame on the Cincinnati Museum Center for spoon feeding our innocent children this rubbish in the name of education. Big money for dead bodies. Sounds like the abortion industry's organ and tissue money trail, does it not?
(One more thing, Von Hagen, the anatomist who created these bodies in plastic is the son of an Nazi SS agent. Nice, huh?)

That's coming straight from my city - Charlotte where they just finished up the exhibit a few days ago.

Charlotte - the buckle on the bible belt - not one word of protest of this. It's disgusting.

I know dozens of Christians who spoke as highly or higher of this exhibit than its predecessor the Dead Sea Scrolls.

This is truly a sign that our Platonic-Protestant culture has lost almost all sense of the sacredness of the body.

I wrote them a letter. I will publish the response if they have the guts. Otherwise, I will report back that they are spineless.
If you are local, you can email them at exhibits@cincymuseum.org

Yes! Stand up Cincinnati! It doesn't take much to show your personal outrage. In Raleigh NC and Farmingham, MA, and Columbus OH, it just took one or two or a few to display objection to the media. You have to be brave and take the time to do it!

We can all build on the actions of each other. See what started in Washington State, became the basis for the NC draft bill, which Fiona Ma's office stated was the basis for the California bill, and is also the foundation for the Michigan efforts at legislation.

Just take that first step! Protest! Show your colors Cincinnati!

See Fiona Ma represent the legislation in CA:

I've always thought that this display was fascinating...and NOT in a good way! Even if it was found that each and every "display" was procured "ethically" or voluntarily, it would still be wrong to portray the human body in this way. It's so wrong and unholy and I would doubt that any person who sees it would (deep down, if necessary) not know that.

Falun Gong's "organ harvesting" allegation has been discredited already:

Here are US government and Chinese dissident investigations disproving it:

I don't think connections to organ harvesting or prisons can be proven or disproven definitively from here, safe in our little seats in the US. For me, its enough that the objectionable locations - prisons excuting more than ALL other countries put together, body processing plants AND the (possible) organ harvesting hospitals - are ALL in the same province, with the plants and the prisons in the same town! Combine that with 2 billion in profit and no regulations - I think that's just too much temptation for some people to resist, regardless of how credentialed they may be.

I agree with Fiona Ma that the burden of proof needs to rest with the production companies. They can claim 'ethics' all they want, but as they are profiting its NOT ethical to have them be the moral arbiters on this topic. They should not be self-regulating. Today NO one at ANY level of government is looking at these exhibits. You don't have to show me a photo for me to know that all this adds up to a toxic mix.

Important update!

NY Attorney General concludes his investigation with this:

“The grim reality is that Premier Exhibitions has profited from displaying the remains of individuals who may have been tortured and executed in China,” said Attorney General Cuomo. “Despite repeated denials, we now know that Premier itself cannot demonstrate the circumstances that led to the death of the individuals. Nor is Premier able to establish that these people consented to their remains being used in this manner. Respect for the dead and respect for the public requires that Premier do more than simply assure us that there is no reason for concern."
