Oh yum.


I just made this for dinner:

Salmon Chowder

I had to substitute more scallions because I didn't have leeks. Also, for some reason I didn't have thyme and used dill. I added some frozen shrimp too. It is easy and I highly recommend if you like soups in the winter. I'm taking some to my parents for dinner tonight and I will be wrapping most of the night.
