Cincinnati Planned Parenthood in hot water

Lawsuit claims Planned Parenthood didn't report abuse
This could be a step in the right direction legally for opponents of the Cincinnati based Planned Parenthood. Why would the woman in question proceed with this case if she didn't tell them and they did nothing?
Under Ohio law, doctors, nurses, teachers and other professionals are required to report suspicions or claims of abuse to the authorities.

This case should be interesting to follow and will hopefully produce change in the way these "cover-up abortions" are so freely done.

This is also interesting:
Planned Parenthood has appealed a judge's ruling requiring it to release records of abortions performed on patients under age 18. In that lawsuit, the family of a 14-year-old girl claims she was able to get an abortion without parental consent.
